Responsible for all operations requests with respect to design completion. This is an operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for projects undertaken as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure assigned task completion for Enterprise/Wholesale customers with clean outcome within the SLAs.

Assist team to focus on meeting 100% KPI's by facilitating through training sessions whenever needed

Identify and deploy Continuous Service Improvement.

Spearhead complex designs by facilitating team with sessions on topics DWDM, SD WAN and Ongoing latest migration platforms
