Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and maintaining efficient inventory and loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, supervising team performance, and ensuring effective implementation of operational policies, while creating a welcoming shopping environment for customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively lead teams, mentor staff, and interact with customers.
- Experience in Store Management, including overseeing operations, staffing, and achieving sales goals.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to mitigate risks and maintain store security.
- Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively.
- Prior experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage.
