Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Kodagu. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will focus on staff supervision, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and meeting sales targets. A critical aspect of this role is fostering a welcoming and service-oriented environment for all customers.
