Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Kuwait City. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the physical store, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment that reflects BODINARKW’s brand values. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with the e-commerce team, and implementing visual merchandising standards. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and escalations, monitoring sales performance, controlling expenses, and applying retail loss prevention practices. The Store Manager will support training and development of team members and contribute to local marketing and in-store promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
Qualifications

  • Strong Store Management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and sales floor operations.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating a positive in-store experience and resolving issues effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Proven experience in retail or store management, preferably in e-commerce or omnichannel environments.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions to optimize performance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems; familiarity with inventory and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English preferred to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
