Job Description:
1. Ensure On-Time Delivery to International / local Customers
- Overseas/local customers have strict delivery schedules and contractual commitments.
- An experienced supervisor can effectively coordinate picking, packing, documentation, and shipment schedules to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
2. Improve Export Compliance and Documentation Accuracy
- International shipments as well as local shipments require accurate export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs-related documents.
- Experienced supervision reduces the risk of customs delays/discrepancies , shipment holds, penalties, and additional unnecessary freight costs resulting from documentation errors that might occurs.
3. Enhance Inventory and Shipment Accuracy
- Incorrect shipments can lead to customer complaints, product returns, expedited replacement costs, and above all company reputational damage.
- A knowledgeable supervisor can implement robust verification processes to ensure correct products, quantities, labeling, and packaging before dispatch.
4. Strengthen FG store Operations and Team Management
- Supervising daily warehouse activities requires efficient leadership in manpower planning, task allocation, performance monitoring, and problem resolution.
- An experienced supervisor can improve workforce productivity and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements:
8.Education & Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
9.Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, finished goods store, logistics, or shipping operations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing warehouse/store personnel.
- Experience in export and import shipment coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping requirements, customs procedures, and export documentation.
10.Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and finished goods handling.
- Good understanding of export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and shipping documentation requirements.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/SAP/WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of logistics planning, freight coordination, and transportation management.
