Key Responsibilities:
• Champion retention and growth of mining customers
• Define technology solutions in collaboration with AMs/BDMs
• Document success stories to highlight business value
• Mentor Customer Success team on best practices
• Support product management in deployment strategies
Requirements:
• Tertiary education in mining or a related field
• 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Expertise in underground operational technologies
• Customer-facing consultancy experience is a plus
• Fluent in English;
Spanish or another language beneficial
