Job Description
- Scale up SPX Express by focusing on overseeing the Customer Service department
- Drive high-impact growth and operational excellence projects in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scale
- Support ongoing initiatives within the Customer Service and other departments to ensure the effectiveness and on-time implementation
- Monitor key operational metrics, business reports, and project implementation progress regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Project Management role with prior working experience in a tech startup, and management consulting
- Proven ability to manage large and challenging projects
- Experienced with cross-functional projects and teams, driving real results
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak and write in English
- Proficient in operating Ms. Excel
