Role Description
This is a full-time – on site. The Student Advisor Retention is responsible for maintaining parent relationships and ensuring student renewal by proactively managing parent communication, addressing issues, and identifying risks with a focus on improving satisfaction, engagement, and retention. The Student Advisor Retention will maintain accurate student records, track key retention metrics, and provide feedback to management on trends, needs, and opportunities for program enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- 1–3 years experience in customer success, account management, retention, or sales
- Comfortable handling 50–200 active clients simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship management skils
- Able to handle complaints and difficult conversations with parents
- Organized and disciplined in follow-ups and tracking data (Google Sheets / CRM)
- Comfortable discussing renewals, packages, and pricing with parents
- Proactive in identifying churn risks and resolving issues
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated empathy, problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in student success and retention.
