Position: Student Wellness and Front of House Role
Elevate the student experience at ITPS (Canada) Ltd. in London, Ontario as you provide vital Front of House and wellness support. This full-time, on-site position combines customer service with administrative tasks for a dynamic educational environment.
Reporting to the COO, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional service, managing supplies and logistics, and assisting with student wellness initiatives. A blend of interpersonal skills and organizational abilities will ensure smooth daily operations and enhance the community’s engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional front-line service to students and visitors
• Assist with student wellness concerns and resources
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and guest visits
• Manage stock of hospitality and student support supplies
• Ensure professionalism in building cleanliness and presentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or similar
• Minimum 2 years experience in administration or customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
