Job Description / Responsibility
- Monitor and improve last-mile delivery operations for efficiency.
- Maintain a 95%+ successful order delivery rate.
- Achieve outlet-wise sales targets across assigned locations.
- Ensure outlet-wise Customer Count (CC) targets are met consistently.
- Ensure a minimum of 100% customer satisfaction through timely delivery and service quality monitoring.
- Supervise rider attendance, behavior, and performance
- Ensure compliance with fuel efficiency standards – each rider must achieve 45 kilometers per liter of fuel.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve rider output.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain daily and monthly bike log reports to ensure accurate tracking of vehicle usage.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date Bike Log Register
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Communication and interpersonal skill, Exceptional customer service skills., Supervision and Leadership
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
