Are you an experienced Supply Chain Customer Service Rep (FMCG EXP) with SAP experience? We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join a dynamic team and ensure the seamless execution of customer orders, query resolution, and returns management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Process manual and EDI orders, deliveries, and returns
• Manage customer orders from capture through to confirmed delivery
• Handle material substitutions and order amendments
• Resolve daily customer order queries
• Maintain order cut reason codes
• Investigate delivery shortages and failures
• Align shelf-life requirements
• Perform system and order housekeeping
• Compile and provide customer reports as required
🔹 Minimum Requirements:
✔ Grade 12 / Matric
✔ 3–4 years' customer service experience within the Retail industry
✔ Experience working with SAP and CRM systems
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
