At Codra-Tech, we're committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences. We're looking for a Technical Care Manager who is passionate about student success, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with learners throughout their educational journey.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end student experience—from onboarding and engagement to course completion—while ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs. You'll work closely with our Operations, Academic, Technical, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide outstanding support and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete student lifecycle, including onboarding, support, engagement, and graduation.
- Coordinate course operations, schedules, live sessions, attendance, recordings, and learning resources.
- Provide first-line technical support for students and instructors and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and Notion workspaces.
- Monitor student engagement, attendance, feedback, and overall learning experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in EdTech, Student Success, Customer Support, Program Operations, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, Zoom, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping students succeed.
