Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm compliance of all customer purchase orders
• Perform order entry and maintenance according to procedures
• Collaborate with value stream teams on order processes
• Keep customers informed about their order statuses
• Manage warranty claims and Return Materials Authorizations
Requirements:
• 2-4 years proven experience in customer service
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office necessary
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
