- Manage Customer Requests & Provisioning
- Maintain Data & Asset Integrity; Oversee, update, and audit comprehensive documentation
- Coordinate Scheduling & Operations
- Ensure Financial & Billing Accuracy; Verify LOA (Letter of Authorization) details and assist with internal administrative tasks like OPEX budget tracking and maintenance contract renewals
- Reporting & Prepare periodic internal and customer-facing reports
skills and experience required
- Minimum 1 – 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Telecom facilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, web-based ticketing systems, and Change Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of basic contract administration, billing verification, or asset tracking.
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- High level of attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
