• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts

Compensation & Benefits

Net salary up to 20,000 EGP (including KPIs)

• Quarterly bonus up to195 Euros

• Monthly incentives up to 200 USD

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Guide customers through solutions in a clear and professional manner

Requirements

• University graduates only

• English proficiency B2 or above

• Interest in technical support and problem-solving

• Strong communication skills
