We are seeking a professional Telephone Operator / Receptionist for a Private villa in Marbella
As we operate 24/7, flexibility and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls from VIP guests
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries
- Communicate with clients via phone and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Welcome and assist guests when required
- Provide polite, efficient, and discreet customer service
Requirements
- Fluent English (and speaking and writing)
- Fluent Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Pleasant and professional voice
- Quick and efficient communication, both spoken and written
- Comfortable using messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages (speaking and texting)
- Positive attitude, discretion, and strong attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred
