Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Cairo. The Telesales Specialist will handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce clinic services, explain available medical offerings, and guide patients in booking appointments. The role involves understanding patient needs, providing accurate information, and recommending appropriate services while following established sales scripts and compliance guidelines. The specialist will update and maintain patient and lead records in the system, follow up on inquiries, and support campaigns aimed at increasing patient engagement. Collaboration with customer service, marketing, and clinic operations teams is expected to ensure smooth patient journeys and achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally over the phone.
- Proven Sales experience, preferably in telesales or healthcare services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer Support experience, including managing patient concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Ability to deliver and receive Training related to scripts, products, and telesales best practices to continuously improve performance.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and use of CRM or call center systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo and manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Previous experience in medical, healthcare, or clinic settings is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
