Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Teller and RM Sales to join our team in Faridabad Gaziabad and Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling cash operations accurately, cross-selling bank products, and addressing customer queries to enhance their overall banking experience. The Teller will also ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Qualifications
- Basic numerical skills and proficiency in cash handling
- Knowledge of banking processes, products, and regulatory guidelines
- Customer service and effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector will be an advantage but is not mandatory
