Accidents happen, how customers are treated afterward makes all the difference. We’re looking for an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused Temporary Full Time Body Shop Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our collision center.

What You’ll Do
- Greeting body shop customers warmly, in person and over the phone
- Managing customer drop-offs and pick-ups with accuracy and care
- Scheduling body shop and detail appointments
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right team members
- Keeping digital and paper files organized and up to date
- Providing customers with regular repair updates and coordinating vehicle pick‑ups
- Assisting with customer concerns and helping resolve issues professionally
- Processing customer payments
- Supporting Collision Repair Advisors with daily tasks
- Pitching in with other administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of customer service or office experience (automotive or collision center experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A natural ability to build trust and connect with people
- A self‑starter mindset; you stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Problem‑solving skills and a desire to improve processes
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
