Responsibilities
- Address complex and sensitive issues for customers, ensuring timely resolution and customer retention through empathy and effective solutions.
- Offer proactive solutions to prevent future issues and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction after resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalated issues requiring subject matter expertise beyond the contact center.
- Act as a support resource for agents, providing guidance on complex cases and assisting with difficult contacts as needed.
- Ensure all consumer contacts, escalations, and resolutions are accurately documented in CRM systems.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience; retail customer service experience is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all channels.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle escalated situations with patience and tact.
- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional partners ensuring consistent service quality.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn multiple databases quickly.
