Enlighten Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Ticketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or airline portals.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets in accordance with airline policies.
- Provide clients with accurate flight schedules, fare quotations, baggage allowances, and travel conditions.
- Monitor bookings and ensure timely ticket issuance before applicable deadlines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget.
- Resolve ticketing issues, schedule changes, and travel-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
- Support the sales and operations teams in delivering seamless travel services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing or the travel industry.
- Certification in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent) is an advantage.
