We are looking for a Saudi to join our Business Travel team.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Book, issue, reissue, and refund air tickets using Amadeus.
- Arrange hotel accommodations and other travel services, including transfers, visas, and travel insurance.
- Provide the best travel options while ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications: –
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in corporate travel or business travel ticketing
- Proficiency in Amadeus
- Experience in hotel bookings and non-air travel services
- Good knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and corporate travel policies
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
