Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Assistant at Toyota, based in Pipera, Voluntari. The role involves welcoming and assisting customers, managing inquiries, providing information about Toyota products and services, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The position also includes administrative responsibilities and handling customer feedback.
The Customer Assistant is responsible for coordinating the showroom and reception area to create a welcoming, relaxed, and premium environment that encourages visitors to explore and purchase Toyota products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and respond effectively to customer needs
- Encourage customers to use the available showroom facilities
- Introduce customers to the appropriate colleagues who can provide further support and continue the sales process
- Maintain a pleasant and professional showroom atmosphere
- Coordinate the presentation and promotion of Toyota products and services
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience and skills
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Driving License
- Experience in customer-facing roles within automotive, airlines, luxury hotels or hospitality services is highly desirable.
