East West Insurance Company is seeking motivated and energetic fresh graduates to join its Health Insurance Department as Trainee Officers.
Eligibility:
Simple Bachelor's Degree
Fresh graduates, including candidates with a Pharm-D degree, are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Internet
Key Responsibilities:
Process health insurance claims and reimbursements
Coordinate with hospitals and clients
Handle customer queries via phone and email
Maintain records and prepare reports
Support issuance of cards, endorsements, and policy documents
Assist in hospital admissions and claim approvals
