Role Description
As an English Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in supporting them throughout their travel journey. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of service. You will assist customers with travel-related requests, booking support, account inquiries, and service updates while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
- Graduates only
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
