Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with travel bookings, provide travel advice, and ensure a seamless travel experience from inquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with flight, hotel, tour, and transportation bookings.
- Provide travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Prepare travel itineraries and travel documentation.
- Process reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an added advantage.
