Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Travel Planner. The Travel Planner will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, creating personalized travel itineraries, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing client inquiries and reservations, liaising with vendors, and making reservations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and provide outstanding experiences
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, including organizing itineraries, managing bookings, and coordinating logistics
- Sales skills, with the ability to promote travel packages and provide tailored recommendations
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to anticipating client needs
- Familiarity with travel industry or relevant experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
