Our teams support SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and consumer tech clients with real-time, multichannel customer engagement—combining automation and human-first service to solve complex user issues at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat for tech & consumer account holders—ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate system or product-related problems using internal knowledge bases and collaboration tools.
  • Proactively guide users through onboarding, billing, feature usage, and account recovery workflows with clarity and empathy.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface recurring user pain points and suggest UX improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least a HS/SHS Graduate + At least 12 months CCE minimum of 6 months Digital ads / Meta ads / other online ads experience
  • With Excellent Communications Skills
  • Can start immediately
