Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Customer Relations. The VP will oversee and strengthen key business relationships, develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and lead initiatives to improve the overall customer experience. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and foster trust and loyalty among clients.
