What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle customer inquiries with innovative solutions and active listening
- Maintain confidentiality while managing customer information

- Track and report call-related information for auditing purposes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and basic knowledge of Windows-based systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
