Role Description
As a Visa Consultant at Pickvisa, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by assisting clients with their visa inquiries and facilitating their application process. You will be the face of Pickvisa, ensuring clients receive top-notch service and support throughout their journey with us. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and processing visa applications. The role also includes sales management tasks and customer satisfaction will be your most important performance indicator.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Fluency English Language, Russian or Arabic languages are big plus
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Globale Visa Services (Schenge, USA, UK, Canada, etc.)
- Understanding of visa application processes and international travel regulations.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
