Job Description / Responsibility
Visa Processing Officer (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and with all country)
- Handle tourist and business visa applications for major Asian destinations, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and other popular countries across Asia. (First World countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and European destinations are a plus.)
- Accurately prepare and review visa applications for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with embassy and consular standards.
- Support clients throughout the entire process — from document compilation to application submission and interview preparation.
- Provide expert guidance on visa eligibility, required documents, fees, and processing timelines.
- Assist with rejected visa cases, including appeals and reapplications.
- Deliver tailored advice to maximize visa approval rates.
- Keep abreast of global visa policies and consular regulations, particularly in Asia and First World destinations.
- Guarantee full adherence to embassy standards while maintaining well-organized documentation.
- Track developments in Schengen, Asian, and international travel policies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processing workflows and improve client experience.
- Sell and manage international tour packages, providing clients with customized travel itineraries and exceptional customer service.
