About the Position
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Make recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary requirements.
Accurately take and process guest orders.
Communicate orders and special requests effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Azerbaijani and either English or Russian language.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
Team-oriented attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Working Schedule
Shift-based schedule:
07:00 – 16:00
16:00 – 01:00
Two days off per week.
