PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join Hungry Wolves Restaurant. Hungry Wolves is a family-friendly eatery designed to both refuel and relax you! Whether you’re looking for a nutritious bite before or after a workout, seeking out a cozy environment, catching up with friends or simply looking to get some work done, Hungry Wolves has a space for you. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic math skills for billing and payments
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
