In this role, part of the Trade Services team until March 2027, you will be responsible for processing trades and addressing any issues that arise efficiently. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure central depository matches daily settlement totals
• Process GIC maturities and financial adjustments
• Correct transaction rejections in a timely manner
• Maintain communication with fund companies for resolutions
• Support transaction settlements efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in a Financial Services role
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bilingual (English and French) is a plus
• Experience with Dataphile and Fundserv is an asset
