Job Summary

RAK Bank is seeking experienced Wealth Support Specialists to provide exceptional customer support to wealth management clients over the phone. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to investment and trading products, resolving trading platform issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while adhering to banking regulations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to wealth management and investment services via phone.
  • Provide support on trading and investment products, including Stocks, Forex, Cryptocurrencies, and Derivatives.
  • Assist customers with trading platform navigation, account-related queries, and basic application/system troubleshooting.
  • Explain trading concepts such as order types, margin requirements, leverage, portfolio management, and trade execution.
  • Support customers with queries related to U.S. financial markets, including trading hours, settlement cycles, and corporate actions.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with the bank's policies, KYC, AML, and data privacy regulations.
  • Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending requests.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Stay updated on market developments, investment products, and regulatory changes relevant to wealth management services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Banking experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in customer support within a banking, brokerage, or financial services environment.
  • Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Familiarity with wealth management operations and trading platforms.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, including KYC, AML, and data privacy requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Stocks, Forex, Cryptocurrencies, Derivatives, and other investment products.
  • Understanding of order types, margin trading, leverage, portfolio management, and investment principles.
  • Knowledge of U.S. market practices, trading hours, settlement processes, and corporate actions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic trading platform and application issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused banking environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/customer service systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential customer information with professionalism and integrity.
