Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with wholesale liquor customers to gather feedback

• Recommend improvements for customer experience
• Manage onboarding and registration of customers
• Support order management and payment processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in business administration or related field
• Two years’ experience in customer service roles
• Alternatively, high school diploma with three years of experience
• Experience creating customer communications
• Criminal record check clearance required
