The Work From Home CSR Support – Training Provided role is focused on engaging with members remotely to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate benefits solutions. This position contributes by maintaining strong relationships, managing policy-related processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. It supports the organization's mission by facilitating access to benefits and enhancing member experience from a fully remote setting.
3. Responsibilities:
- Engage with members through daily phone calls to assess financial needs and offer solutions
- Explain benefits products clearly and confidently based on members' financial situations
- Maintain regular communication during the application process, providing updates and resolving inquiries
- Assist policyholders with reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims guidance
- Comply with all legal and ethical requirements in the management and sale of life insurance policies
4. Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Competitive mindset with natural sales acumen
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
