Employment type – 3 months contract on our payroll

We are currently looking to hire an Admissions Coordinator (Temporary – 3 Months) who is available to join immediately. Please share your updated CV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and follow up on admissions leads, ensuring timely engagement and conversion to school tours and registrations.
  • Manage applications and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
  • Support enrolment targets through proactive lead management, cross-selling, and waitlist administration.
  • Participate in admissions events as required, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Monitor and report on lead conversion, enrolment performance, and data quality in line with KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results.
  • Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and service-oriented.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa and health insurance who are available for immediate joining.
