We are currently looking to hire an Admissions Coordinator (Temporary – 3 Months) who is available to join immediately. Please share your updated CV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and follow up on admissions leads, ensuring timely engagement and conversion to school tours and registrations.
- Manage applications and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
- Support enrolment targets through proactive lead management, cross-selling, and waitlist administration.
- Participate in admissions events as required, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Monitor and report on lead conversion, enrolment performance, and data quality in line with KPIs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results.
- Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa and health insurance who are available for immediate joining.
