Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated After-Sales Coordinator specializing in Industrial Machinery to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after purchase, providing exceptional customer service and technical support in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate the delivery of after-sales services, including maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
- Manage customer accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Zoho One to track interactions, follow-ups, and service history.
- Monitor project progress related to after-sales support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to service agreements.
- Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams such as engineering, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions for future reference.
- Assist in training clients on product features or updates as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and account management within the industrial machinery or related sectors.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required; excellent communication skills are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret service data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Basic understanding of financial services related to invoicing, billing, and contract management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments including marketing, engineering, and logistics.
