Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Hostess to join our dynamic team at our Sol outlet. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Manage reservation system and ensure efficient table allocation
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Provide guests with information about daily specials and promotions
- Handle guest inquiries and assist in resolving any issues
- Cooperate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized hostess station
- Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy hours
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
