Role Description The Agent Back Support Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, working the night shift. In this role, the agent provides back-office support to customer-facing teams, ensuring accurate processing of requests, documentation, and follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries received via internal systems, updating records, troubleshooting basic technical or account-related issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments. The agent is expected to communicate clearly in English, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, and adhere to established procedures and service-level agreements. Collaboration with other support agents and team leads is essential to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Basic to intermediate Technical Support capabilities, including understanding of common system issues and processes.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to review information, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Clear and confident Communication skills in English (spoken and written), suitable for night-shift operations.
  • Prior experience in a back-office, contact center, or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work night shifts on-site in Lahore and maintain consistent performance and reliability.
  • Proficiency with computers, office software, and ticketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a college degree or relevant certifications in customer service or IT support are beneficial.

Salary Range: 50K to 100K
