As a Customer Support Specialist, You need to focus on delivering excellent customer experiences while representing the brand’s values and culture. Our role includes:
✔ Providing timely support via calls, email, and other channels
✔ Handling customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
✔ Assisting with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and inquiries (B2C & B2B)
✔ Safeguarding customer data and payment information
✔ Proactively resolving issues to maintain brand loyalty
✔ Escalating priority concerns through proper channels
✔ Collaborating with teams to improve service quality
✔ Continuously upskilling to enhance performance
✔ Meeting KPIs and adhering to company policies

Salary range: RM 3000 – 3500
