Functional Accountabilities:
You will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that plays a key role in supporting our organization's travel needs. In this role, you will:
- Oversea and manage all travel arrangements, including air tickets, accommodations, and related logistics/ operations.
- Provide professional advice on travel documents, insurance requirements, and relevant import/export or visa regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, tavel agencies and service providers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service teams with travel vendors to achieve cost efficiency and service excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations across all travel related processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance travel programs and employee travel experiences.
- Develop and implement sstrategoc plocies, procedures, and programs to support corporate travel objectives.
- Mentor/ lead team members on related matters, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Travel Management in any relevant disciplines.
- At least 1 year experiences in related fields.
- Experience working in a travel desk or travel agency will be an added advantage.
- Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
