We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for business applications, troubleshoot system-related issues, ensure data accuracy, and support smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for application and system-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor application performance and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents and solutions.
  • Support business users and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and system workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Assist in testing system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support to internal users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in system/application support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, Pivot Tables, data validation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and user support skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle user inquiries professionally.
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand business processes and system workflows.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
