We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for business applications, troubleshoot system-related issues, ensure data accuracy, and support smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for application and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor application performance and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents and solutions.
- Support business users and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and system workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist in testing system enhancements and process improvements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to internal users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in system/application support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, Pivot Tables, data validation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and handle user inquiries professionally.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand business processes and system workflows.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
