We are hiring a remote customer support specialist a tangier to handle 100% of our digital marketing communications through chat only.
What you will do: – Respond professionally and promptly to incoming customer inquiries via chat/text messages.
– Guide users through their inquiries, resolve their issues, and forward requests via email.
– Coordinate with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
– No phone calls or phone support whatsoever.
