Requirements
- Dominican Citizenship or, if a foreign national, a validated foreign Flight Attendant license from IDAC, authorizing operation on Dominican aircraft
- Valid, unrestricted passport
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to swim
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
- Height of at least 1.63 m to reach and operate overhead compartments while standing
- Time flexibility and availability for transfers
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure and stressful situations
