About the opportunity
I'm partnering with one of the fastest-growing companies in AI to find their next entry-level Executive & Operations Assistant. This is a rare chance to get inside a high-velocity startup at an early stage, work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership, and build a foundation for a serious career in operations, chief-of-staff work, or beyond.

What you'll do
You'll be the person who keeps leadership organized and the day-to-day running smoothly. That includes:
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across time zones
- Handling email triage, inbox organization, and follow-ups
- Coordinating travel and expenses
- Supporting internal operations, documentation, and special projects
- Jumping in wherever the team needs an extra set of capable hands
Who we're looking for
This is an entry-level role, so we care more about how you think and operate than your years of experience.
The strongest candidates tend to be:
- Highly organized and detail-obsessed, with nothing slipping through the cracks
- Fast, clear communicators in writing and in person
- Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
- Genuinely curious about AI and excited to be close to the work
- Reliable, discreet, and proactive without needing to be told twice
Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion is a plus. So is any exposure to AI tools, though we'll teach you plenty.
Compensation
$60,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, with room to grow alongside the company.
