Assistant / Generalist – Corgi Insurance
Corgi Insurance is a YC-backed insurtech ($108M raised, $630M valuation) building AI-powered business insurance. We need a sharp, scrappy generalist to work directly with the VP of Operations.
What You Will Do-
Support day-to-day operations across the company
Manage scheduling, communications, and admin workflows
Help coordinate hiring pipelines and candidate communications
Assist with investor relations, board prep, and reporting
Research, data entry, and project coordination
Be the connective tissue that keeps things moving
What We Are Looking For-
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern tools
Startup mentality- willing to do whatever needs doing
Previous experience in ops, admin, or EA roles is a plus
Location- London (hybrid), 68-76 Clifton Street, EC2A 4HB
