We’re looking for an experienced retail leader to join a high-performing premium accessories brand as an Assistant Manager in Kingston upon Thames.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a team of around 10, driving performance through exceptional service and strong commercial awareness. You’ll be hands-on in delivering a premium in-store experience, ensuring every customer interaction is engaging, purposeful, and conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver outstanding service
- Drive sales performance through customer engagement and conversion
- Maintain high visual and operational standards
- Act as a role model on the shop floor, leading from the front
About You
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role (Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Department/Section Manager, or a Supervisor ready to step up)
- Passionate about customer experience and service excellence
- Strong understanding of driving sales through engagement and conversion
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach
